Where can I buy TREASURE DIAMONDS Jewellery?

TREASURE DIAMONDS is available online via this website, or in our store in Antwerp; Vestingstraat 15, 2018 Antwerp, Belgium.


How safe is it to shop online on your website?

All electronic payments are made on our banking partner’s website, which makes use of 128-bit encryption and SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This ensures all information that you provide are securely transferred between the bank’s server and your browser.

How safe is it to mail Jewellery?

We ship our Jewellery with trusted carriers such as FedEx or UPS. All our shippments are fully insured by TREASURE DIAMONDS.


What are the Shipping costs?

All shippments within the EU countries are free of charge. International Shippments depending on the amount of the purchase and the country of delivery will be calculated when checking out in the shopping cart.


How Long does it take to get my order?

In-stock orders that are placed before 15.00u (3pm) will be shipped on the same day of purchace. Shipments within the EU coutries take 2-3 business days.
All other destinations outside the EU countries can take 2-7 business days.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.


How about Return shipping of an purchased item?

Returns are at the cost of the customer. The products must be returned in the same way as deliverd.


What is your Return policy?

TREASURE DIAMONDS wishes for you to shop with confidence and to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return, exchange, or receive store credit for your item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery. We gladly accept items that are still attached with the tag, free of scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear.


How do I return an item I have purchased?

Contact us to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once approved, you will receive an e-mail containing your RMA number, along with packaging and shipping instructions. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx or UPS. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The package will be returned to its original sender if the RMA number is not included on the box or if the package has been damaged or tampered with.


Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, we offer a limited lifetime warranty on all TREASURE DIAMONDS products. TREASURE DIAMONDS stands by the quality and craftsmanship of each product we manufacture. Please retain your original receipt for all warranty services. We kindly agree to repair or exchange any item that we deem to be damaged due to a manufacturing defect. This warranty expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss (including loss of stones) and theft. Repair or service performed by anyone other than TREASURE DIAMONDS will immediately void the warranty.


How do I cancel an order once it has been submitted?

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service. There is a 50% restocking fee for the cancellation of any Special or custom made Order items.


How long do I have to wait for a refund?

Please allow 7 -12 business days for your credit to be processed after the item(s) have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.


What are my payment options?

On our online shop we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL, KBC Payment, BELFIUS Direct Net, and SOFORT Banking.
In our store in Antwerp we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, BANCONTACT and UNION PAY. For Cash payments in our store we can only accept payments of maximum 3000€, as higher amounts in cash are prohibited by the Belgian Law.


Can I Resize my Ring? Is there a Fee?

Items bought from TREASURE DIAMONDS are free of charge for resizing.


Do you offer repair services?

We do offer repair services under the lifetime warranty for manufacturer defects, which is free of charge.
